To be given a room at only 16:00pm when the check in time is 13:00 is totally unacceptable. Apart from this the hotel was fine. Overall staff friendly.

Despite the very bad service, the location is perfect. just be prepared for the "sudden" change of rule or managerial protocol. I have been staying here 4 times, and never get the same treatment.
