"Room is quite clean but the slippers look like used before. Bedsheet also has smell seems not sun enough. The salad at buffet breakfast not fresh, think because of the gravy.

We also visited other hotels and the service at Harris was WAY better even though the other hotels, you pay more. For the price, the facilities were good. Great for families. "We have just returned from our company trip to Harris Resort Batam.
We are really very pleased with the services the resort extended to us, especially the flexibility on the town transfer and the late check out.
The staffs and FO manager(Ahmad) are always so accommodating to our requests with a smile on their face.
All my staffs and family members, ranging from as young as 2 years to as old as 65 years old enjoyed the resorts very much.
I strongly recommend this resort for company who wish to have a short and cheap holiday for staffs and family members. It is a good place for bonding with staffs and family members.
