Nice spacious room and bathroom. Wide choice for breakfast buffet. Plenty of attentive staff always with a smile. Guests 75% SE Asian 25% Aussie. A nice pleasant stay. Would stay there again.
Our experience in the hotel was great. From the moment we reached the hotel, the staff were very gracious and helpful. The rooms were clean and upkept very well. Facilities in this hotel was fantastic, as they even had wireless service, which made my wife and myself very happy as we could check our mail from the comfort of the room. The pool was very nice, liked the pool side service. Thank you harris kuta for making my our vacation a memorable one.

The Hotel rooms and general areas are very run down and no proper maintenance. Will not stay here unless upgrading and maintenance works is done.Location is ideal for shopping and dinning ,just 5 minutes walk to Kuta Beach. Francis/Singapore
The hotel is close to everything so no taxis needed. The breakfast was basic. The pool area is nice. The staff are friendly. Rooms were clean abit basic.

They should improve the quality of the bath towels. The ones we got on our stay definitely had seen better days. One of them was even torn.
The room we were first given was unacceptable but staff did all they could to put us into a better room. Overall service was good. Pool area v nice.
The walk from the hotel to the main road/beach takes about 10 minutes. Along with that comes with peace and quiet.

The hotel is good. The location is just in front of the Kuta Beach, the staff are friendly and the hotel is also cozy with minimalist interior design. Not much variety for Breakfast, if that does not worry you then I definitely recommend this hotel
