"The Haymarket Hotel is a very friendly, well run hotel. The proprietor makes you feel welcome, greeting you personally on arrival, helping serve breakfast, running a nice relaxed bar in the evening - i.e. involved in every aspect resulting in a well-run hotel. Very nice full breakfast served in a lovely old-style room. This is a very comfortable hotel and it is easy to walk into the town or the various art galleries. Highly recommended." - Katherine Boyd
