What a pleasant stay! Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast buffet as well.
A very decent hotel. Sufficient for the purpose of visit to Fox Glacier.

Nice people but all service seemed a bit off-hand. That said, the advice on when, how and where to see and visit the glacier was absolutely right and, thus, very useful.
It was just ok with comparison to other hotel stays in south island new zealand.....
The only drawback we found was that there was no secure parking. The only carpark available was in the main square in front of the pub and there were minimal lines painted on the ground. But overall, the service was good and the accomodation itself was faultless.
Hotel is currently being refurbished causing some disruption, the first room we were offered was much too small but we were satisfied with the alternative
A good country motel. Very clean with good beds and bathroom and basic cooking facilities. The staff were helpful in booking tours to the Glow Worm Caves and Milford Sound.
Matt and Karoline were customer relations experts, and really did their jobs well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This place was great, very disappointed we had only arranged to stay there one night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay near Fox Glacier.
