Helios Opera Hotel Paris

Centrally located, close to metro and shops, really comfortable bed, really nice staff

I couldn't have imagined how close to the 'grandes magazins' one can stay in a quite city environment! Great catch! The city train, RER, just aroung the corner, metro not far away, neither. Arriving here from CDG was a piece of cake by Roissybus to Opera. From Opera a cheap taxi drive to get a view of where you are. The TV set could have been slightly larger and with more channels. However, in the heart of Paris, what do you do? Watch TV? Not me.

The hotel has an excellent location in the central part of Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the bed is good and the linen excellent. We only missed a good easy chair in the room.

The rooms although quite small were very clean. The location is excellent for site seeing and close to the major shopping centre. The area is nice.The hotel staff were always willing to help.

Nice hotel in a great location. Very close to Galeries Lafayette and Metro stations to all the main attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Very good location and easy to get from the airport. The room was small, but much more comfortable than we expected. We have nothing to complain, perhaps we'll chose the same hotel next time we visit Paris.

Location very close to roissybus airport stop , about 5 mins walk and galleries Lafayette and lots of shopping and food outlets. Free wifi in room and even tea kettle. Westin didn't!

Extremely centrally located only 300 m from the Trinité Metro and around 300 m to Galeries Lafayette. Small but clean rooms with good ventilation, good breakfast and extremely good service at the front desk. Superb value for money and I will definitely stay here again.

Good location near to "the Opera",Metro and major retail area. Easy walk to the Louve. "Holly" english receptionist was super friendly and very efficient. Room was more than adequate and very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Cozy hotel in excellent location, friendly staff.

The room I was allocated was small and so was the bathroom but considering the price I paid, it was good value. It is very convenient and there are a lot of bistros nearby where you can have an authentic lunch at about 15 euros. One complaint though, is the haridryer. it was ancient and didn't work very well.

A lovely hotel, very nicely decorated. The room wasn't huge but as a base for sightseeing it was ideal. The hotel is situated on a very quiet street but within easy access of shops and restaurants. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Although breakfast wasn't included in our reservation we ordered it in our room, at 12 Euro's per person it was quite expensive but there was plenty to eat. We would definately return to this hotel.

we have stayed for week end. Everything is good about this hotel, the only one disadvantage rooms are very small, the rest can not complain!

Good size desk and bed packed into a somewhat small room - barely enough space between bed & wall to get luggage into room without lifting it over the bed. Window faced interior and room was very quiet. Room looked like it had been recently remodeled and was in good condition. Not far walking distance to Gare Saint-Lazare and was easy to find. Hotel has wifi, but signal not strong enough to connect.

Nicely decorated hotel on a very good location to explore Paris

Helios Opera fit to my needs. Location is realy wonderful, very easy to be find, even by the ones beeing the first time in Paris, like me. Everything was realy realy OK. The hotel is very new and realy clean. Rooms and beds a little bit small, but this is characteristic for Paris. I will come back to this hotel next visit to Paris :)
