It was a bit noisy, but otherwise perfectly suitable.
Great value and location and ideal for family with children.
Nice location. Good value for the price. Only 'problem', this is not really a hotel but apartment, when you arrive you have to call a number and they will give you instructions (code for the door) how to get in.
as there's no reception at the actual location of the hotel, it's a bit difficult to make requests etc. it's fully automated, although the automation is smart, but apart from getting the keys, handing back the keys, booking the sauna, you can't too much.
I liked the hotel, the location and the area. The sauna was almost always available. Some drawbacks are that there is no reception, but phone service is always possible. There was no hall. The cleaning personel is non-visible. They missed to clean the room and I wasn't able to change towels...
Quite ok hotel, located next to the harbour and city center (5-10 mins by feet). A lot of utencils (whatever you need for cooking), good bathroom, tv, wireless internet - really good. Unmanned, you get email with the code of the entrance and the key box, where you collect your room key and then drop it once you leave.
Great room in an excellent old building which is part of a very nice district of Helsinki and a few minutes walk from the market square/harbour. Booking system using code numbers and no reception worked well, highly recommended hotel.
It was a very plesent stay. Everything was great. Very helpfull staff. Was feeling like you a home.
Easy to make a reservation, very quick response. The apartment was spacious and full of light. We could not get any response from the phone number we were given for check-in; fortunately the maid finally answered the door so we were able to get in. The shower door was very dodgy and in danger of falling off completely. Otherwise, overall we were very happy with the hotel. Very good value for Helsinki.
There is no reception at this venue (it is on the other side of town), and no breakfast included Fri-Sun, whereas it is other days. As an apartment hotel, there was no tea/coffee provided as most, if not all other similar hotels provide.
It''s in a quiet part of town, about five minutes from the great Orthodox cathedral and another 2 minutes from the old harbour and market. There is a tram line nearby as well as a store, a bar and some restaurants. The apartment was very roomy and I found that the reservations staff were very friendly. Good value for money.
This is an excellent hotel. The room that we stayed in was very spacious with its own kitchenette and sauna. It was well but simply furnished and in an excellent location. A little strange not to have a concierge but the system works really well and was very efficient.
One difficulty was gaining access. The apartments are away from the hotel and you are required to telephone on first arrival to get access codes to gain entry and get your key. If you do not have a mobile telephone with you this would be difficult. Apart from that it was a very pleasant place to stay, close to the main parts of the city but in a quiet area.
