Always a pleasure to stay here and in a good location and away from traffic people.

A great little hotel. Close proximity to major attractions, shops & restuarants and train station.Room was neat & bathroom was a good size.Would gladly recommend to future travellers.

I have stayed here on 3 seperate occasions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is of excellent quality.

It appears to have been recently upgraded - bathrooms are a bit odd - HUGE basin, toilet, very small shower.... But great location and helpful staff

THis was an excellent choice especially as my number one priority was to visit the Acropolis and this hotel is literally 5 minutes easy walk from the base of the Acropolis Hill and we could see the Parthenon from our room. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was of an exceptionally high standard.

The first night we stayed, our room was ridiculously small, especially as we were paying premium price for a supposedly "superior" room. When we returned, two nights later, we had a much more pleasant and larger room. I queried why there was such a difference, asking if the first room was not "superior" and was advised that both were the same! Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location fantastic.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to everything but not part of the main tourist mayhem. The room was well fitted but very small, it was even hard to get the door to the balcony open because of furniture blocking it. The breakfast area was pleasant and it was a bonus to have the restaurant upstairs with the magical view of the Acropolis.

Second stay in this hotel, excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff and highly recommendable! Will only stay at this hotel when visiting Athens.

Room was a little small for a triple room and 4 star status. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent on location, facilities and cleanliness aspect. The breakfast provided was also good. I would recommend others to stay here.

Hotels offers parking only for 3-4 cars, and difficult to park around, problems with internet connection. The rooms too small for superior.

Liz and I spend at least 2 weeks in Europe each year. Liz has MS and has some special needs. The Staff was most accomodating. Loved the room, the breakfast, the free use of their computer, the view of the Patheon from our balcony. The location is a 10,the staff a 10, the room and view a 10, accessability to subway a 10, nearby inexpensive restaurant a 10--This is truly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in in years--Bravo to the hotel Hera and the staff--Profbee

Only stayed overnight but enjoyed it thoroughly. The location was excellent and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was delightful with a spectacular view of the Acropolis and breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot and cold food. We would certainly stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

We were very pleased with the facilities & comfort of our room which had a balcony overlooking a quiet street. Meals exellent--walking distance to Acropolis & old city (Plaka).Lots of good restaurants & shops nearby.

Excellent Location and facilities were fantastic. Good selection of food choices for breakfast and the bar with the view to the Acropolis is excellent. They take time to make you feel very welcome and ensure your stay is comfortable.

Excellent location downtown if you wish to see the sites. Rooms are quite small but very clean and fresh. Air conditioning works well and quietly!

Location is very good, 3 mins walk to Acropolis Metro station. Room is very clean and bed is very comfortable. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Roof restaurant is an excellent place to splend an evening! The only minor issues are my room doesn't have any views and the balcony is very tiny.

the rooftop terrace was excellent, the food served there was very good and the service by the 2 waitresses was exceptional - the only thing the hotel lacked was a coffee shop, other than that I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the metro stop and the Acropolis is 2 minutes walk away.
