"Light breakfast was to be provided as per package but we were told that the owner "forgot" that it was still being advertised and so we did not get it provided. Hot water service went cold twice in the one morning. It was fixed after being reported the first time when there was no hot water for a shower then went cold again before 2nd person finished their shower. Neither shower was long. No hair dryer supplied in room and the staff were polite but definitely could not be described as welcoming." - Anonymous

Hotel Description:    4 near new studio units and 10x 2 bedroom apartment style units all with tea/coffee making facilities and microwave ovens. Rates are for two people sleeping in a queen bed. 10 minutes walk to the City centre and walking distance to all restaurants, museum, parks, golf course and bus station. This is a no smoking motel.

Extremely quiet location with plenty of off street parking. 4 star rating.

Laundry facilities also available. All units are Non-Smoking

Getting There: From Invercargill Airport for about $10.00 use Shuttle service.
Driving from Queenstown, drive towards town and turn left at KFC then right.
Driving from Dunedin drive straight through the centre of town and turn right at the Troopers Memorial (Dee Street) then past McDonalds on your left,then take the 2nd street on your right at KFC and then right.
Check-in Procedure: Check into the office prior to 8.00pm and fill out all appropriate paper work. You will then be shown your room. Our office closes at 8.30pm.
Car Parking: Plenty of off street parking mostly outside your unit for your convenience.
Child Policy: Extra $20.00 per person will be charged. We have high chair and cot available also.
