Getting there:Heritage Hotel Ipoh conveniently located just minutes from the North-South highway interchange and close to the heart of the city. Approximately 4.5km distance from Simpang Pulai Tol and 2.5km from South Ipoh Exit. If arriving from South Ipoh Exit, turn left at traffic junction and pass by McDonalds,Tesco, Kinta City and Esso petrol station (on your left). After the traffic light infront of Esso, keep to left lane (do not go up the flyover) until you reach the Pantai Putri Hospital traffic light turn right, keep straight until a roundabout go straight and Heritage Hotel Ipoh on the left. If arriving from the Simpang Pulai Exit, turn right at traffic light, keep straight (pass by Sam Poh Tong & Pomelo stalls on your right) go up the flyover into Jalan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah. Keep straight until a roundabout, take right turn (three o'clock)and go straight. Keep to right lane (pass by Ipoh Specialist Hospital on your left), turn in at the right junction to Heritage Hotel Ipoh.

We especially like the view coz the rm that we stay facing a race horse track to bad we not be able to catch the race there, and we enjoyed our stay there very much.
Its a well known address in IPOH so it was convinient to reach there. Hotel room was good but maintenance is not as expected. Overall one stay of mine was comfortable.

The hotel was ok, but the breakfast buffet spread, could have been better, offering a more diverse variety, also the food finished fast. The location was alright, but the customer service can be improved, newspaper was not delivered until I called for it, and the next day same thing-had to call for the newspaper. Otherwise, the cleanliness and the location of the hotel is good.
An excellent hotel with good facilities and very good value for the price. It is a little far from the centre of town and there are no buses or taxis available in front of the hotel. Most of the guests there were Malaysians travelling with their own cars. We slept well on the beds there, and found some staff there who spoke English.
