"The Heritage Hotel is convenient for the Airport and for the Mall of Asia; unfortunately, it's situated on a major crossroads and the rooms (at least those at the front of the hotel) are quite noisy. If there is any soundproofing or double-glazing, it doesn't work; all night long we could hear the roar of traffic.
This cannot be said to be one of the problems of staying in any Manila hotel, as we also stayed at the Bayview - also on a main road - that was much quieter.
On the positive side, very comfortable bed, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff (like all hospitality workers we met in the Philippines) were very willing and helpful. I think the Heritage is over-priced for what it offers." - Anonymous
