"I have never seen such a small hotel room. Only 20 cm between bed and desk, and a little more to the walls. The bathroom however was fine. Too much effort to get coffee in the breakfast room, the staff there should be more alert. The people at the reception were helpful. " - Anonymous

"Great location served by a tram across the river. We didn't have a room with a view of the Guggenheim but it didn't matter as it was a top class hotel. Not the largest room, but clean and nicely furnished. Would advise to prebook the breakfast to get it cheaper than on the morning. Good food and loads of it. The hotel Hesperia Bilbao is a newly built hotel located opposite the Guggenheim museum and close to both the shopping district and business zone.
