The hotel is very good for it's price but it has lot of wasted space in the lobby.this space should be converted into a sitting (tv) space for a coffee ,drink or just relax

The Hotel was absolutely superb, the staff very polite and helpfull and remembered our names whenever we saw them which was a nice touch. Nothing was too much bother. The room was upgraded on arrival and was of an excellent standard. I would recomend this hotel to anyone intending to travel to madrid, the photographs on the web site do not do it justice.
