HF Fenix Hotel Lisbon

Отличный отель, расположен в самом удобном месте для туриста, который хочет увидеть весь Лиссабон. Здесь же отходит и туристический автобус по городу. Отсюда пешком можно дойти до приятнейшего места Россио, где можно отлично провести время.

The Hotel Fenix is truly excellent value for money! Its location is outstanding (right across a metro station), the staff and facilties very good, and the breakfasts truly memorable! It also povides a very good value for money luncheon if one wishes to partake. The parking facilites are good. We recommend this hotel without reservation.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location for getting in/out of Lisbone as well as for starting your sightseeing tours, by metro, foot or a bus. We took The City Line bus for a daily tour (16€). We were not very impressed with this company. Not enough information given, hard to find their Bus Stops to hop-on, if you didn´t get-off there before. There are other bus companies to choose. We booked with the [website], so the price was OK. But it is worth checking with the hf fenix directly. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was very good but not very diverse (menu reviewed on a weekly basis only). The hotel is located by a tube station which is very convenient and it's easy to get to from the airport.

The hotel is an excelent choice, facities wise, location wise, and price wise. Recommended!

Excellent location. If you are looking for a sightseeing - the tours are starting some 150m from the Hotel. Parking very good. Very good breakfast. Very basic furniture. Very good price.

My husband and I have stayed several times at this hotel. The room size is good, the staff is very helpful and polite, everything is clean and well kept and breakfast is quite good too, but the very best is the location, just in front of the tube station, and a good one, so you can come back at midnight by metro without any problem (we did it).

The Fenix Hotel Lisbon was in a great location with the Metro right outside the door. Also the depot for day trips was 100metres to the left of the hotel and buses to other parts of the city also just outside the door. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size. We caught the Metro into the main cente of the old town which took about 5 minutes. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to the tourist attractions of Lisbon.

The room has a good size and is clean, the staff is helpful (we needed some information that was only available through the internet and they search for it and deliver it very quickly), and the breakfast has a lot to choose from, but THE BEST is the location: right in front of the Marques de Pombal Tube Station (Metro), which is very centrical and safe. we came back at midnight by tube without any problem. Only one thing: after midnight you wont get any food from the hotel as not even room service is available.

Hotel is in a brilliant location central to everything in downtown Lisbon, Taxis were outside the door. We had stayed in the Don Pedro Palace hotel last year which really was a five star experience, however this four star was in a better location the rooms were not huge but clean and comfortable and it was reasonably priced.

The Hotel was very welcoming and comfortable and well located for sightseeing in Lisbon. Our room was great, very big and comfortable. It did get very hot during the night but we were able to open the windows which helped a lot and there was no traffic noise to keep us awake. We would recommend it to everyone. There is lots of choice of public transport and the airport bus stops close by - we didn't use a taxi once! We will definately stay at this hotel again.

Very good hotel, very calm (even if the traffic outside is quite heavy). The breakfast was very rich, the service very helpful and knowledgeable. The twin room was quite small, but very clean and well equipped (but missing a chair). The hotel Fenix is situated directly at a Metro station, nearby are several bus stops. Going by taxi to the city is also a very good and cheap option. I can recommend this hotel.

Situated at the very center of Lisbon, the hotel makes excellent point to start your exploration of the city, either on foot, or by Metro (station in front of the hotel), sightseeing bus (station on the opposite side of the square), or by car (parking in the basement of the hotel). Our room looked at the very busy square, so that I was afraid of the noise, but the soundproofing is excellent, so you can barely hear the traffic. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and it is excellent. I can highly recommend the hotel.

Good location for transport. Disappointed there were no tea making facilities in the room and that plug adaptors were not available. Good value for money.

we asked to leave our luggage one day before our stay to travel Obidos. the reception said no problem, so we enjoyed Obidos travel without heavy luggage. they are very kind and professional. Also, the place is vert convenient to go to anywhere.
