Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments Surfers Paradise

Very secure apartments right opposite beach. Fantastic views. Free parking! Nice, spacious,modern living area. Only fans no air-con. Lovely warm indoor and outdoor pools, not large but the sea is just opposite with life guards all day. Just a couple of blocks from Cavill Ave. Would recomend this one to anyone.

The apartment was spacious,clean and modern, reception was very helpful and polite. A bit of a walk from Cavill Ave and we found the lifts to be very slow, it seemed Hi Surf had many rules as if they have had trouble with schoolies were $50 fees applied if theses rules were broken, besides leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy manner we had to strip our beds before we left and empty bins etc I have never had to do this before at any hotel. Overall a nice place to stay with everything we needed.

Clean and spacious, well equipped and furnished. This particular apartment could do with an update however. Great double sided balcony overlooking the beach. situated directly opposite the lifeguard flagged beaches. Unfortunately this stretch of road seems to attract young hoons beachside in their cars with loud music, tooting and revving of cars in the early hours of the morning which became somewhat annoying. No air-conditioning with fans only in the bedrooms. Cool breezes through the balcony helped with the comfort level but if there is little or no breeze the lounge, kitchen and bathrooms were a bit uncomfortable. Keeping the windows open at night with the fans on made it quite pleasant in the bedrooms whilst we slept except for allowing too much noise from street activity outside. Overall we enjoyed out stay here. The core of the building and the indoor and outdoor pools and tennis court have been recently refurbished and very pleasing. I would recommend this property.

The apartment was exceptional - clean, modern and with all amenities. the only thing missing was air conditioning. The facilities are excellent. we would definitely stay in that apartment again.

I was very happy with Hi Surf. We booked a 1 bed apt and ended up with a 2 bed. It wasn't really modern but for what we paid we were very happy and we also had sea views. Its also in a great location just opposite a patraolled beach

The facilities at Hi Surf are quite good - indoor and outdoor pools especially good. Good location - across the Esplanade from a patrolled beach. We were disappointed with our individual apartment. It needed to be renovated. The carpet appeared soiled and the apartment was generally tired. Other units in the block are apparently much nicer.

The hotel was very nice, there was a spa in our bedroom, ocean vews, playground for the kids close to everything. The only bad thing i have to say about it is the carpets were stained and old and looked pretty dirty, and the lounges were dirty and there were peanunt on the carpet so it obviously was not cleaned properly before we got there and i probably would not stay there again. If it was cleaned better i deffinatley would stay again.

Older style units have mixed decor but are very large.

My partner and I (from Cairns) stayed for two nights, along with another guest from Brisbane. All three of us enjoyed the Hi Surf - the facilities include pools (one indoor one outdoor both heated for winter), gym and sauna. The apartments are located on the Esplanade on Surfers Paradise - this location was great - walk across the road to the beautiful beaches and just up the street to the main hub of Surfers (shops, restaurants, etc) - the view from the balcony was fabulous. We booked at place via the rates to go website and got a great price. We regularly go to the Coast to visit our daughter who is a student down there and have stayed at six or seven different complex's. We found that this has been the best value for money in all our stays and intend to stay at the Hi Surf next time we go down to the Coast. Just for the record - there is no box above to tick for "Very Good" but we found that the facilities, location and pricing were Very Good.

was very impressed with the apartment though just a few minor repairs needed doing, like shower head in en-suite but overall very tidy, reception hours could be a bit longer.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The view of ocean was spectacular from our room on the 12th floor. Easy access to beach just across the road from apartment. The only downside is no air-con however with the sea breeze and opening windows this was not needed. We highly recommend Hi Surf apartments for the ocean view location and will stay here again.

We originally were on the third floor and felt the apartment was a little tired and shabby. We asked to be moved and were offered two apartments on 14th floor. The one we selected was great and we had a very good stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hi Surf Apartments and would definately stay there again. The room was a bit older style, but was very large and homely.
