The property is on a large allotment which backs on to the Botanical Gardens, it is across from the Sunday Market and a short walk to the Convent Gallery. Relax with your family under the mature trees found on the property and pick grapes from the mini vineyard also located on the property. Property boasts two bedrooms, large living/dining area, kitchen, verandah and a lovely paved courtyard. Property also contains a self-contained studio which can be seperated from the main house. The self contained studio is called The Marrakech Room and is influenced by the wonderful Moroccan city of Marrakech. The room contains a floating spa, kitchen, toilet/shower as well as a private outdoor area.

We were happy with the set up and location of the house but were disappointed to find that people had been smoking inside, especially as it is advertised as having non-smoking rooms. The house smelt of air freshner covering cigarette smoke.
The spa does not work very well and the outdoor patio is not very private.
not sure if spa working 100% would not get up to speed so i left a note to check, hope it can be sorted or perhaps instructions if doing some thing wrong, local info brochures would also be good, and perhaps take away details ect in room..
The accommodation combines elegance with homely comfort and it is an easy walk to cafes and galleries and just a 3minute drive to Hepburn Springs newly renovated Bathhouse. A great place to stay ... be sure to enjoy in the in-room spa!
The location was great and the house was very quante. The beds and pillows were lovely, very comfortable.
This was such a surprise package! The room was amazing! I actually liked the idea of not having to see anyone to check in or out. It really felt like our own little private hideaway. We could walk everywhere. So relaxing. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Everything!!! I loved it!
loved it.... have a very great appreciation to the owner of the homestead.... he was was very flexiable and compassionate towards the fact my child had become ill on the dates of our booking. we made it anyhow but a huge thank you to his kind nature...
