The property is on a large allotment which backs on to the Botanical Gardens, it is across from the Sunday Market and a short walk to the Convent Gallery.

Relax with your family under the mature trees found on the property and pick grapes from the mini vineyard also located on the property.

Property boasts two bedrooms, large living/dining area, kitchen, verandah and a lovely paved courtyard.

Property also contains a self-contained studio which can be seperated from the main house. The self contained studio is called The Marrakech Room and is influenced by the wonderful Moroccan city of Marrakech. The room contains a floating spa, kitchen, toilet/shower as well as a private outdoor area.
