Hilton Apartments Auckland

Fantastic place to either put your feet up and watch the world go by or experience Auckland from as close to CBD, ferry terminals etc. Would stay there again.

Lounge suite was very uncomfortable-a fold out bed type.People who stayed before us took the remote for sky tv, so we missed out. We were offered another room, but decided that was too much hassle.The phone rang at 11.30pm, and then came a knock at our door, for another room!!! Great views tho, warm room & comfy bed.

Very central to the CBD staff friendly and helpful would stay there again

1. No broadband access in apartments was inpractical to do business reports in the room. I had to go to a cramped room behind the lobby. 2. Linen should be changed on request in teh apartments. We were not advised when we checked in that this was an option.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Apartments. Great location. Friendly staff. Brilliant apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Great price for a great location. I would have been happier if the Hilton appartments had air conditioning, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

As this reservation was upgraded from an apartment to a full service hotel room at no extra charge it was exceptionally good value. The location is ideal for anyone cruising from Auckland's Prince's wharf

As a true Scotsman I can say these apartments have to be the best value in Auckland. Get one with a harbour view though, it's worth the extra although you might get your view blocked by a cruise ship if you are unlucky. Very good security and the staff are first rate as you would expect. We stay there almost every year and would not think of going anywhere else. Very romantic setting at night with views across the harbour and the lights of downtown Auckland. No air con but a fan is provided but at this price I don't expect air conditioning. Very close to the viaduct restaurants. Who could ask for anything more. The ferries are just around the corner also. Location, Location, Location!!!

Fantastic location on 1st floor with balcony open to views of Viaduct Harbour and the Auckland Harbour Bridge at night - WOW Apartment with full kitchen allows for self catering Who would want to leave this apartment for brunch ? We didn't enter the Hilton Hotel other than for check in/out Thanks for the late checkout at our request A wonderful treat :-)

Large comfortable rooms!

Extremely spacious and very comfortably furnished. Everything was great and the pricing was awesome for such a big 2 bed apartment right on the waterfront. Will definitely go back.

Even though the apartment we stayed in was looking a tiny bit old, they were still very good value and representative of the high standard we were expecting from a Hilton establishment. The apartment was very well equipped and the amenities were first rate.

The location is very handy and the price was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped. I found the bed quite hard, however, and there were some broken shelves in the bathroom. The shelves didn't detract from the stay at all, but I would have liked a softer bed. I think you were supposed to be able to use the hotel facilities (eg gym, business centre) even though these were in a separate building, but no information was provided in the room about how to access them (if I was really worried I would have asked reception - they would doubtless have been only too happy to help). The hotel staff were very helpful, excellent customer service.

Unfriendly service, no notes on how to contact reception from the apartments, so when the extra bed that was ordered was not there we actually had to go down and then it still never arrived, nobody to help with luggage when leaving so had to make several trips. Reception quite a way away from the apartments when this was all brought up no compensation offered at all. Made to feel second class.

A very large self contained suite at a very reasonable price. No internet and that was surprising, and it was showing signs of wear. Small TV. Great outlook!!! And nice balacony

I'm very impressed with the location and how spacious the room is. View to the harbour and city is great. The only thing was that the day we checked in, a cruise ship was anchored right outside our room. The ship didn't leave until that night. So our view to the harbour/city was blocked until almost 9.30pm. Therefore, it might be worthwhile to find out the schedule of cruise ships before you book. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this apartment.
