Hilton Berlin Hotel

Until arriving, we did not realize how central and perfect a locatio this was to introduce us to Berlin. Our room was perfectly appointed and maintained. All the staff were more than courteous, and the concierge desk went out of their way to answer our questions, make our reservations, and direct us to interesting destinations.

The hotel was centrally located for sights in Berlin. The staff was efficient. Great places to eat right in the square outside the front door. Took sightseeing hop on- hop off because we only had two days and the bus stopped across the street. Sights are mostly within walking distance. I received room upgrade and executive lounge previleges because I'm a Hilton honors member. This included free breakfasts, snacks, all kinds of drinks in a really pleasant lounge and free wifi. They gave us a late checkout - 3PM and it really helped us enjoy the city even more. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with A/C. I hated leaving the hotel at checkout. This is a really good value. If you are going to Berlin stay here!

Very nice hotel in the centre of the old part of town, with attractions near by and out the front of metro train station.

This is a superb hotel in a stunning location with fantastic service and excellent breakfast. The room was clean and very welcoming, even with Easter treats. Special mention needs to be made of the Conceirge who warmly accommodated all our inquiries and requests. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It is a very nice hotel. The rooms are not exactly big but nicely appointed. We had an executive room that gives club access which was well worth it.

excellent location with metro literally outside the door. Spacious room with good lighting and every need catered for,would deffinately stay here again, thoroughy recommend it.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We stayed in the Executive floor and it was fantastic value as it included an amazing breakfast , all drinks , snacks , teas & coffees etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definetly go back here.

The hotel is great, but what a pity that the neighbours across the street decided to start their building activities at 6 in the morning.

An excellent hotel in a great location in the centre of Berlin. Only minor downsides were the lifts were so so slow and it took ages to wait to get onto the internet as you had to phone each time to get someone to open up the business centre. However these are very very minor moans and overall the hotel is fantastic !
