Very good hotel with big and luxurious modern rooms. Good deals are often available over the weekend. Very good location right next to the DLR; also just 5 minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube which has fast connections into the city, and 10 minutes walk to Canary Wharf pier for the Thames Clippers fast catamaran service. Although in a business district, there are lots of shops and restaurants around, and nearby attractions include the excellent Museum of London Docklands a short walk away, and the Royal Observatory and National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, just four stops on the DLR. Wide-ranging breakfast selection (though cooked buffet quality was a bit mixed) and would have been even better with a pool, but these are minor gripes - I'd certainly go back.
Check in desk did not have any record for my booking made online. The fact that I did to me for a 4* plus hotel they should of dealt with that minor detail quickly as I had booked online not on the same day either. Every thing elewas xcelln buti expeted better customer seervice as i often stay in 4* plus hotels and receive an exemplary service but I would return again as everything else and the room was spacious and very comfortable best night's sleep i had in months and a gorgeous bar to chill out in :)
Excellent hotel, very modern and clean. We were upgraded on arrival, although we hadn't asked for this. The hotel was quite difficult to find for anyone not used to the area. The signage is poor and works being carried on by the hotel added to the problem. The breakfast was excellent, great choice of food. The food in the Executive Lounge is disappointing though - small finger food. Great location for the 02 though.
A good clean and modern hotel, a bit deserted at night but good links to the centre of London, South Quay DLR is next to the hotel. Good hotel for O2 and Canary Warf area. Would stay here again.
Great value for money for such a fantastic hotel! I have really enjoyed my stay there, shame it was only for one night, the room I had was so....spacious and comfortable! Nice touch with the shortcake biscuits for tea & coffee in the room, if I have to be picky I think a pair of complimentary slippers in the room would make it perfect! I would definately go back again and recommend to friends!
Throughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were very good and helpful, breakfast excellent but the cost of a glass of wine was very expensive. We will definately come back at some time in the future.
Stayed in Hilton Canary Wharf for night before Carling Cup final in Wembley Stadium. Wasn't familiar with the subway station and probably went out wrong exit. Could have done with good directions from station to hotel as it wasn't too far, but we ended up taking a taxi. Terrible weather so we dined in the hotel restaurant. Absolutely fantastic meal and very attentive staff. Restaurant empty at 8.30pm on Saturday night!!! Quite amazed but perhaps because are is business hub, weekends are quiet. Had few cocktails in bar later. Rooms large and bed really comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic also. Buffet it may have been but it was the best selection of all you can eat, peaches, pears, mango, kiwi, etc etc. cereals, hot fry, eggs any way you want, freshly squeezed orange, tea & coffee and plenty of refills from attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.
Good Hotel in Canary Wharf - close to shops bars and restaurants. Spacious rooms and helpful staff. Good all round hotel - will stay again.
Great hotel in a nice part of town. Large room. No wifi in room unfortunately. 5-10 mins from Tube. Nearby shopping mall. Easy access to O2 (one stop on Jubilee line). Recommended
We had a great stay and would like to return some time in the future, one of the best hotels we have ever been to ,the breakfast was outstanding !
Upgraded to v. nice room. Staff very attentive. Everything v good except for a poor cooked breakfast. Buffet style rather than cooked to order so bacon leathery and everything was warm rather than hot.
I stayed here the night before the London Marathon, they were great, they laid on breakfast at 6:30am for the runners and even gave us porridge (a runners staple breakfast). Room and facilities were great, staff were all lovely and really helpful. Hotel is right next to the DLR South Quay stop, great for getting you around but I could hear it from my room and it is pretty regular, didn't stop me sleeping though.
Junior suite - is good value and includes breakfast and free snacks dduring the day and including wine, beer, spirits in the evening. All in a private lounge on the top floor away from the noise and bustle of the main restaurant.
for such a large hotel , only 28 parking spaces is inadiquate, had to park on single yellow lines opposite hotel(good job it was the weekend or would have had to pay for exspensive parking) , no swimming pool, but ideal for access to central london , station right outside hotel
Really nice hotel, staff are great and quality or bedding was lovely... Would recommend it!!!
Fantastic except for bar prices, £30.50 for 2 Lrg G & T !!!!!!!!!
