"The hotel is tatty, my room was half attic. The fillet steak I had from room service was mediocre, and they should call chips chips not poncy Juliene paotatoes (they wern't even good chips, so maybe potatoes Juliene are just rubbish chips). The shower was under the attic bit so I had to stand in the window embrasure (sic) and the fitting to hold the shower head was loose so I ended up crouching under the shower. " - Niall McDiarmid

"At first I was given a dirty room in the unrenovated building of the hotel. It was awful. Stains in the carpet, marks on the walls. And, even though they said they could accomodate 2 adults and 2 children, their was only sleeping for 3 in the room. I took my concerns to the manager, who was FANTASTIC! A courtesy shuttle bus service is provided for all hotel guests. The courtesy bus operates seven days a week at 15 minute intervals, between the hotel and Canada Water bus and underground station. From 0700-2330 weekdays and 0800-2300 weekends.
