Very nice room at a fair price. After a long flight it was nice to get a shower and rest within minutes of arriving at Heathrow. The shuttle service was excellent.
Lovely room, with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Very convenient when flying early morning from terminal 4. Check-in was fast and friendly and the concierge services were excellent when we required help with baggage etc. The buffet restaurant was slightly disappointing in quality. We had some problems connecting to the internet in the room - a technician was sent quickly who solved the problem, but we decided the fees were exorbitant for connection and didn't bother. It was cheaper to subscribe to BTOpenzone wireless, or to use a 3G connection.
Consistant excellence.
The accommodation is comfortable & easily accessible; free shuttle via the public train for transit passengers; good breakfast buffet; internet access is expensive $25/day. Food is also expensive with not much to choose from outside hotel--$35 for a burger!
Very useful location especially when there are problems with weather as there were in December. All staff helpful, especilly the cheerful lady serving early breakfast. Facilities all up to standard-would stay again. As others have mentioned, prices are high for drinks, sandwiches etc.Even by airport standards.
Although a luxury hotel we still felt the pricing was very high especially for eating and drinking. The bed was wonderful and its service was of a very high standard.
Despite Clearly having booked a pre-paid room with Breakfast...the desk boy argued that Breakfast was extra, until i pointed out what was on the Confirmation form. Rooms were very tiny for what it cost - won't be staying here again!!!
A pleasure to stay at
The hotel is ideally placed for all the terminal buildings at Heathrow and the standard is what you would expect of a Hilton hotel. On check-in there was only two members of staff present while there was 10 guests waiting to check-in, so it took at least 20 minutes to be served. The reception staff were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Another criticism is that the lift entrance is too narrow so I had to offload one of bags (sports size) to get into the lift. The rooms were overheated and even though I turned the temperature right down it was still far too hot and we had an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Excellent for the price paid, which was about a third of the rack rate.
Nice hotel with excellent facilities in good location for airport. Room rates are pricey but there are quite a few discounts on offer. Price of food and drink is a scandal.
Great place to stay on layover although very pricey
Great location, great breakfast. Rooms clean and spacious, and no plane noise heard. Would definitely come back.
wine and food expensif
As with most Hilton Hotels the service and facilities are excellent, and represent good value for money. The location of the Hilton Heathrow is ideal if you have an early morning flight, especially from Terminal 4, and want a good night's sleep instead of braving the hassle of the M25 on the day of your flight.
Although the lack of Terminal 4 to city link is not available at the moment the Hilton remains the only truly conveniet heathrow hotel. Rooms excellent. Meals closer to central London in price, but bar sevice an alternative. Sunday buffet good value. By Australian / North American standards the rooms are expensive, but probably equivalent of UK as a whole.
A very convenient and comfortable way to spend a last night before flying off from Terminal Four at Heathrow. The website's price was good and the room was better than I expected at an airport hotel, and compared with other hotels at Heathrow.
Very convenient posistion, whenever I travel from T4 I will always stay in the Hilton.
A very convenient location for air travellers with an early flight. Bed linen was worn and holey.
The breakfast buffet was great!!! And, access via the free train for an early flight out was wonderful--GREAT hotel/location.
