"The reception staff and concierge were excellent, but the breakfast service was appalling. Pure Keystone Cops in it's execution, we endured a 30 minute wait for a table only to discover there was no orange juice or butter avaialble. A pot of tea brought to the table with no sugar, milk or spoons, etc. Staff were running around like headless chickens. " - Anonymous
