"We booked an apartment sleeping three, was taken to a flat outside the hotel. The facilities were not 1 star quality. We were not provided with a key to the outside door or the flat door, making it very difficult to move around as everyone do in London. We moved to a nearby apartment hotel the next day, thus realising the bad deal we received. Stayed for 305 pounds in luxury compared to the 400 we payed for poor standard of supposed hotel quality. "This lovely little hotel is tucked away from the noise and traffic just off Park Lane and is run by friendly efficient staff. The hotel is very clean and has well appointed rooms. It is close to Hyde Park Corner tube station and is convenient for all of London's attractions and theatres. I have stayed at this hotel before and would not hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends." - Cheryl Curran
