the hotel is clean and nice and absolutely worth the money spent. the down side: hotel staff is not very friendly, english is poor and we always can't get the info that we need. the room too small, but the bath room is clean and spacious. the breakfast is excellent, while I'm enjoying my favourite fish congee, my bf love the wide variety of the american bfast. food is very nice too. the location of the hotel is still ok, manage to get around at a walking distance thru the front exist facing the beach.

We stayed 2 years ago and this time round, standard drop quite badly. Bad service and reckless tram ride is my main concern during our stay. However the hotel mgmt reacted very fast when we provided feedback, and it's good that they take our comments quite seriously and few of the department heads had approached us to apologise. The price from [this website] is exceptionally good for the period we stayed.

Excellent location which is not as busy as Patong and it's just a few steps away from Karon beach. Hotel staffs speak fluent English and have been very helpful. Sumptuous buffet breakfast is served right by the pool and their spa packages are reasonably priced.

My family love it. Although a bit high on the price, it was worth it. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, especially for us who don't eat pork or lard. Swimming pool good. My kids love the pool & kids club. Staffs were very friendly & helpfull. Will come here again if we can & recommend it to those with children. :-)

A luxurious hotel that met all our needs for a 2 night breather before we embarked on our next tour. Great service, very nice restuarnats in keeping with a luxury hotel. good resort to walk around and only 10 minute walk up the road to Karon village. Certainly recommend for quiet, relaxing stay.

Good all round and good price at half price, otherwise quite expencive for what it is...

Most things are outstanding, location, facilities, swimming pools, services and etc.. The most impressive thing is that, the hotel has prepared the "relaxing lotion", which helped me to recover from the "sun buring" soon. Definitely, still some improvement areas, such as old TV machine, inappropriate instruction to the dinner. Overall, fabulous hotel and worthy of stay.

Spend a long weekend there. Hotel is across the road from Karon beach, very nice location, beautiful beach, less crowded than Patong. Restaurants in hotel excellent, 3 pools, one with 3 m deep area and diving board. Deluxe seaview room was very spacious with nice balcony, although little dated. Service was very friendly.

Their service it is the best. Thai people are really nice, very polite always. The recommendation to this resort will be to make better coffee and tea at breakfast or for tourist with good taste please avoid the coffee and tea supplied at tables (have a very awful taste and it is most of the times cold), ask to make one especially for you. It will be much better if they supply activities for Team ages.

This seems to be a very good setting for a holiday away from the busy life. My family with kids had wonderful time. As we stayed at the Andaman wing, the sunset view from the room overlooking the sea was fabulous. We're actually planning to have holiday there next year with bigger group.

A wonderful resort hotel. Stayed in a deluxe plus seaview room in the lotus wing. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. Buffet breakfast was excellent and was included in the price. Facilities at the resort were excellent. Had a thai massage at the day spa - was wonderful. Paid more than at a shopping centre or over the road at the beach , but thought paying the extra was well worth it. Ate at Thai Thai, their thai restaurant and had a very nice meal. Had drinks at the Andaman lobby, also the entertainment there was good. Service was exceptional and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast. On the beach but if you want the night life, it's 400 Baht one way to get to Patong. If you want beach and quite, this is the palce!

found the hotel excellent. rooms were very very clean and food of very good quality. staff were wonderful. would go again.

Had to wait for three hours before room was cleaned. Once we got to our room we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful hotel. It is a bit far from Patong and the taxi fares added to our expenses, but for a restful place, this was tops. The breakfasts were top quality with a huge variety to choose from.

Very nice service, staff are very friendly, everybody will greet you as you passby. Staff are honest as I left my safebox open and went out and I believe the housekeeper helped me to set new password, all my valuable were there. 3 Pools are great! each with different sports theme. Breakfast are excellent, like a brunch buffet!

It was very nice location near from the beach. Our room was clean and good view.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful across the board, with outstanding front desk staff. My only slight complaint was that rooms are a bit worn and tired looking for a five star hotel. Having said this, my room was spotless clean, with the luxurious linens one would expect at a better hotel. The hotel location, on Karon Beach, is perfect for people wanting relief from the noise and congestion of Patong Beach, but a bit remote for shopping, night life, etc.
