Getting there:From the South: Using the M5 Tollway continue onto Southern Cross Drive (Highway 1) just past the airport. Exit onto South Dowling Street (avoiding the Eastern Distributor). Turn left into Flinders Street, left into Oxford Street, continue onto Liverpool Street and turn right into Pitt Street, the hotel driveway is on the left a short distance past Park Street. From the West: Using the M4 Tollway, merge into Parramatta Road and continue through to Broadway at Central Station and onto George Street. Turn right into Bathurst Street and left into Pitt Street, the hotel driveway is on the left a short distance past Park Street. From the North: Choose the Sydney Harbour Bridge option and take the York Street exit. Travel along York Street and turn left into King Street, right into George Street, left into Park Street and left into Pitt Street, the hotel driveway is a short distance along on the left.

What you would expect from a top end hotel. If you need a CBD hotel for business or that weekend trip it has everything you need. Not sure if it would be a "holiday with kids" type of choice. staff very friendly and helpful. Location in the middle of sydney cbd. Hotel is new-ish. so nothing worn out. cool-ish look.
The hotel is in a great spot in central Sydney. Across from the Queen Vic building, monorail, train station and mall. The room was great and was quite spacious for a city hotel room. I loved the TV in the shower - quite a treat. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect location in Sydney CBD but for the Executive club room very overpriced for a room with no wow factor, a bit on the small side and nothing really to make me want to stay here again
Great location close to everything. Access not easy and parking a nightmare. Did not feel like paying $58 a day for parking to stay there. Room also on small side. Otherwise all good, amenities and staff good.

Friendly & helpful check in experience, gent was happy to obilge by checking for a room allocation based on prefs. Guest Plus room - modern not flash; 2 twins pushed into a queen size bed that was comfortable with great pillows; tiny bathroom! Room service not quick but good selection & good food. Great central location for CBD work & shops
Some aspects of the Hilton are excellent - its location and customer service...however the rooms are quite small and quite spartan for the price and not having a bath was a definite drawback.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Sydney. The position makes it so convenient for everything, but the service was wonderful. We had a coffee in the coffe shop in the lobby and it was just like being in Europe, the ambience was great and so was the coffee.

We loved our stay at the Hilton, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would thoroughly recommend this to others. Very convenient location, taxi's on hand at the door, delicious food, fast and efficient service, polite staff, a well equipped gym, and the room was fabulous with lots of room and awesome black out blinds when required. We will be back!
Although I arrived at 9am way before the 3pm check, the staff worked with me to get me into my room as soon as it became available, which was about 12:30pm. As to whats nice, well it is centrally located, thus a short walk to Darling Harbour and a modest walk to Sydney Harbour. One brief incidental was my removal of a few drinks from the mini bar to make room for some of my own purchases.Despite being visibly placed on the top of the minibar, when reviewing my bill prior to checking out, I became aware the items had been added to my bill. However, once the attendant was informed that the items were not going to be consumed she removed the charges. Other than that, enjoyed my time at this site.
