great people, great service, great view, great hotel
The location is good for young children with easy accessibility to Disney
The restaurants are not that great. I would expect at least one good local (Japanese) restaurant.
The Hilton is a tired out brand no? I grew up with the brand always touted as the height of luxury so I was quite looking forward to my stay at this hotel. It didn't meet all those years of expectation. There was lolly rappers still under the coffee table (no big deal) and the decor in the room was apricot pink care of the 1990's. Anyway, none of this really matters... Location; whether you think it is good or bad is going to depend entirely on whether or not you are going to Tokyo Disneyland. For Disneyland visitors the location is absolutely perfect. For people on a extended stay wishing to explore more of Tokyo city, I would recommend staying in town and commuting out to Dinseyland for the day.
an excellent hotel for visiting Disneyland, otherwise its better to stay in central Tokyo. Amazing rooms, facilities and service. Breakfast included is a must. Dinners were pricey but excellent.
Great rooms. Interior decorator deserves an award. Great for families and couples. Setbacks are the fact that access to the hotel from Tokyo Metro rail line requires you also take the 250 yen monorail. Its 250 yen from Maihama (Tokyo Disney station) to the hotel. From the hotel to Maihama its 250 yen also. You will tire of this quickly. The bar fridge in your room is massively over priced also. Initially I opened the fridge and thought I'd come across a jackpot. But it wasn't to be when I looked at the pricing of the cans of asahi and kirin (650 yen).
Too long queue at the front desk in the evening. Other than that, the room was of a good size and those facing the bay had an awesome view...
Great hotel with very helpful staff. If you get breakfast included you can choose between breakfst or lunch. We chsoe lunch which was a fabulous asian buffet. Only gripe is that htere is no shuttle to Dsineyland or Disneysea and you need to use the monorail which cost ten dollars aus each for two days.
Disappointed it didn't have a direct bus to the disneyland while some of the other hotels do have a direct bus.
