Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport Hotel Guest Reviews

5 out of 5

The Hilton Narita is a good hotel close to Tokyo NRT airport. It is clean and comfortable, and just a shuttle bus away. The best part is their amazing room windows which block out 100% of the aircraft noise. I am not sure how they did that, but it works! We watched airplanes taking off and landing without being able to hear anything. Internet is expensive (About $20) but it can be free if you are a Hilton Gold member. The room upgrade gets you a slightly larger room and a view of the runway.

Overall my experience was favorable. Japan is just an expensive country. I guess if you can deal with that, then everything will be fine. The staff was very helpful. The overall hotel was clean. I think that the internet prices should definitely be adjusted. $20 per day for internet these days, in my opinion, is ridiculous. I rate this hotel a B-, mostly due to the outrageous prices. breakfast buffet like $40 per person, dinner buffet $70 per person. Ha!. the positive was that the shuttle to the mall and downtown narita was free! cuz that can be expensive in taxi

It was nice. Nicer than other hotels in the area. The buffet was very expensive though, and not that good. I also was disappointed that there was no WiFi in the hotel. But the room was nice and comfortable. I liked that. For the price I paid for the hotel, I felt like it was a good value.

Convenient to airport with free shuttle. Buffet breakfast was nice. Availablility of a "relaxation treatment" massage was a really nice plus- especially after lugging around baggage etc and sleeping on a plane. Extra charge for internet.

Very nice big room compared with the other hotels I stayed at in Japan. Also the staff are very helpful and have great experience with getting people to the airport, on the right bus and at the right terminal. The free shuttle bus will take you to the airport, shopping district or train station. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's the sacrifice you make staying so close to the airport. The food was very expensive here, unfortunately there is very little locally that you can step out and eat at.

Good to use when your plane leaves in the morning because of its shuttle services to the station and the airport.

Caters to travellers. Great bus service to the airport - thus easy access to the trains and the city if you are here more than one night. I will be back.

The Hotel was not in the Hilton style. The bedcover was not fully clean and the batheroom was not perferect. You would expect more from the Hilton. Bkfst at Y3,250 is way too high...

Very convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Iron and ironing board in the room (very unusual in Japan). Room service good and fast. This hotel is a good choice if you need to stay near the airport.

I thought that the breakfast buffet was good, but I think that the [other hotel] buffet is more reasonably priced. 3250 yen is a lot for breakfast.

Hotel had a good location ,with a free shuttle bus to both Narita airport, and the Narita Keisei train station - but not the JR station Hotel itself was OK, but our room was very tired looking, and I noticed that a couple dining near to us ,had to move table because they were being bitten on the legs ( insects?). Food was excellent(buffet) ,but at around £20 perhead -I thought it relatively expensive ,for Japan. TV in room had a few Western / english channels, but I purchased the "24 hour payperview card", at around 9pm. only to discover when I wanted to watch something other than NEWS channels at 5AM( jetlag), that only 1 of the 4 channels was still broadcasting ,and by 9am the card had Expired. Overall the hotel was o.k., and convenient - but I was expecting more for the money. this was the shabbiest -and most expensive of the 4 hotels on our tour.
