Good location , less than 5 minutes walk to London Bridge station one way and Tower Bridge the other way. This Hilton is modern, contemporary with very good staff in reception, the restaurant and at the concierge desk. Very comfortable room with well equipped bathroom, and there was always a lift available when we wanted one. Very good breakfast with helpful staff and also a lively bar on the ground floor. All round, as we stay in London quite a bit through the year, this was definately the best hotel experience at a competitive price we have had for a long time in London.
Suited my needs beautifully.Staff were friendly & helpful.
Great hotel, the only thing they should get right is to include internet access in the already high prices of the rooms!!
Best hotel i ever stayed in London.
Very expensive hotel but is worth the money. I was lucky got a really cheap weekend rate and spent 2 nights there. Very modern rooms, very quiet, very clean, very comfy bed! Close to the tube, Tower bridge is 3 min walk! The one thing I didnt like that there was no free wifi and the rates for using high speed internet was EXTREMELY high. 15GBP/day!!! Anyways if I was rich I would o back again!
Luxury hotel in a very nice area ... I really like it and I'll highly recommend it to my friends ... I'll definitely consider it next time
Clean and friendly hotel - well placed near London Bridge station. Nice big rooms with comfy bed and good views. Tea and coffee facilities in room, which is not always the case with Hilton group. Have to pay for internet otherwise.
Stayed 12 nights. Great location, clean in general (quite new hotel), however room has not been cleaned up to the standard every time. Mould smell coming out of the sink. Internet connection is not included, and is available for 15 GBP per day. Hotel is OK if you get a good deal on it (Under 150 GBP/night).
One of the best Hilton Hotels we have stayed in ,very spacious room for London CBD.Loved the location right under the Tower Bridge and still close enough to walk into the City proper .Staff very professional and obliging
Very good modern hotel in a nice area close to London Bridge and the City of London. Good service, decent sized rooms and the hotel was generally in spotless condition. A bit far from the centre, but close a tube station.
The Hotel is in a great location just by Tower Bridge and 2 mins away from London Bridge Station. It is a lovely building, very chic and with great decor. The bed was very comfy and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were given a disabled room as we arrived quite late, but it was interconnected to another room so we could clearly hear the noise coming from that room which wasn't nice. The bathroom had no bath but a shower instead (disabled only) but there were traces of limescale in a few metallic handles, which wasn't too nice. The rest was great and clean. My advice is not to take a handicapped room but instead a normal one. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
We had a fantastic deal from [website] for this hilton hotel and we just couldn't fault it for anything. we have the same deal booked for a weekend in December and can't wait. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is also well situated and only a stones throw from london bridge underground
It's a very decent hotel despite its distance from the city centre. The room was very spacious and in very good condition. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
The price we got via this website was excellent, but the rack rates are ridiculous. Minor problems with room servicing which was variable and sometimes not complete and never excellent. The shower mixer tap was a major problem just to work out how to work it and that despite wall-mounted instructions. We made minimal use of facilities so cannot comment better than good. We would go back at this price. Very quiet and some rooms (ours) had a peak of the river. Large comfy room. No radio reception was a problem.
parking arrangements inconvenient & expensive
excellent service, excellent facilities, great location.
Good food, Very Nice room, Would stay there again
The staff were very helpful and even though it was our second visit, they were more than happy to assist with any enquiry we had. 5* service and we'll be going back yet again!
