"The price we got via this website was excellent, but the rack rates are ridiculous. Minor problems with room servicing which was variable and sometimes not complete and never excellent.The shower mixer tap was a major problem just to work out how to work it and that despite wall-mounted instructions.We made minimal use of facilities so cannot comment better than good. We would go back at this price. Very quiet and some rooms (ours) had a peak of the river. Large comfy room. No radio reception was a problem." - Alan Rodger
