Rightb on the Metro, very friendly staff, basic continental breakfast, very good for the price in Paris
Personnel at this hotel are very courteous and willing to help. The only bad thing I found is the elevator, very small (2 persons). I stayed in the fifth floor and it was terrible to use the stairs up and down. We were a group of 9 persons, my 76 year old mom and a pregnant niece included. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS VERY GOOD. ANYWAY YOU ARE OUT ALL DAY.
We stayed for 5 nights and we recommend the hotel because the location is wonderful (2 minutes walk to the next Metrostation and supermarket), the rooms were a little bit small but still nice and clean. For people with low budget who still want to explore Paris in a quick and easy way, is this the perfect hotel.
Though you are 50 metres from the metro, it takes you straight into central of Paris. Great cafes for coffee in the morning.
Handy to metro station, but a little way from main attractions. Shower holder broken and not fixed while we were there. Very nice croissants at bakery a few doors down! Also handy to 2 small supermarkets on same side of road as hotel.
Friendly staff. The facilities are fine "but" the matrasses in the quadruple room seemed to be made out of solid wood, we even wondered if there were any? Affluent parking space in front of the hotel. (no coins needed in the weekend.)
Very Basic but great if you just want a base to see Paris. It was great for us with our bike as we could park outside and not have to fight our way through the city traffic. We would use it again at the price we paid.

Location was great, metro station was only 5 metres from the hotel door. All staff spoke English.
This hotel was handy for us to use after arriving in late at night from Gare de Lyon station (only a 10 euro taxi fare). Also very close to a metro station. Hotel staff were helpful and even stored our bags for us for the whole following day.
For the cost of the hotel it is very worthwile. Location is a bit out of the centre but with the metro number 1 line you never wait for more than 3 minutes for a train that brings you to the centre of Paris. Very clean room
