"The hotel is located in a remote area of Paris yet accessible by Metro, 30 minutes from City center changing train once. It is apprently located in a MidEastern dominated suburban zone. The area is clean and well maintained. Hotel rooms are small but heated to tolerable temperature at night. One can get a night of rest if that's all ones after. For the price, it is a good deal. "A decent hotel for the no-frills traveler. Pros for me: right at the Porte de Montreuil metro stop, and directly next to a McDonald's with free wifi, so I could email for hours for the price of a cup of coffee. Cons: well, this one really didn't apply to me as the weather was cool when I stayed, but there is a lot of street noise that would make it tough to sleep with the window open. Also, it takes a while to get to anyplace in central Paris from the hotel, so don't expect to zip back and forth between sightseeing and the hotel easily. Not a problem if you want to head into the city in the morning and not return until after dinner. I personally would not recommend dining around the hotel -- mostly fast food and kebab shops." - Anonymous
