"Stingy with toilet paper. Provide only a partial roll and have to call and ask for a new roll everytime. Hotel foreign exchange service very bad. When I tried to exchange US$, they said they have no money!! Staff do not speak much English.
Breakfast horrible. By 9am there's nothing left. Most things just boiled and tasteless. Worst breakfast I've ever had.
