"Very clean hotel, friendly staff with minimal english but good atmosphere and good facilities and close to beach. Some high rises are starting to surround it. The town is a long way from the hotel but is accessible by bus or taxi. Generally recommended." - Anonymous
"A little disappointed with the lack of evening activities at the resort, as the treck out to the city centre is a little far, but staff were polite and some (not all) spoke english. Food was a rather disappointing also, with the extornationate prices you'd expect something of a better quality.
When given a quote price for something, like say, airport transfer or hire of goods, ALWAYS ask whether that price is the total price, or whether it's per person or per hour etc. We hired a swimming pool inflatable, and was told it was 30 RMB which we thought was reasonable, however at the end, we were charged 60 RMB because we were told we had hired it for 2 hours.
Location wise, the hotel is literally a stone throw away from the beach, but a little far out from the city centre. All in all, a good place to stay, just remember to always make clear of the price before you set yourselves in very expensive traps!" - Shirley Lam
"Breakfast is for a 5* Hotel insufficient. Beds hard like the floor." - Xiaomei YU
"The hotel is rated 5 star, however the facilities and service quality is probable closer to 3.5star-4star. The room is not well isolated for noise, we can hear other guest talking along the cooridor and even from the ground floor. Lastly the hotel is located very far from city centre. " - Chuan Woon Tan
