"hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, i just didn't like the fact that i caught bellhops sleeping on the hotel lobby couch late at night or early in the morning. 4 computers are readily available for internet access at the dining area. The location of the hotel is very strategic, shopping centers and restaurants are just at walking distance. breakfast buffet is okay, nothing spectacular but filling nonetheless. " - Charisse Yacapin
"Excellent hotel, close to Ben Thanh market and other city sights like cathedral, museum and reunification palace. Very clean, liked the room. The hotel did check room prior to finalising checkout. Breakfast was reasonable without being flash. " - Bruce Michael
