"Room facilities were not great for older people. The get into the shower, you needed to step down into the bath. No handrails in the bath which meant is could be a safety risk for some. The breakfast option in the motel's cafe were average, but could be improved by cooking for each person's order rather than having food stay heated (and therefore drying out).
