We were a group of 9 (two families) and it was fantastic. Great service and very Friendly staff especially Lilly. Highly recommend.
We thought Hoi An Pacific Hotel was an excellent hotel. Location, service and food just perfect. We were in one of the villa rooms which was near the pool and a short walk to the main building. The hotel bikes we rode are in good condition, although the road was being repaired and was a bit bumpy and dusty in parts. We exchanged some US dollars for Vietnam Dong at the hotel at a fairly decent rate. We definitely recommend staying at Hoi An Pacific Hotel. There is a lot of development happening in this region and we hope Hoi An and Da Nang don't lose their charm. Lots of local fishermen have lost their homes and income due to huge hotels being built. Maybe some of them were the stall vendors that seemed desperate to make a sale. In all, we enjoyed the our visit to Hoi An.
Friendly staff allthough sometimes it was disguised as a sales pitch.our room was the standard room with a bath shower great for our young family,we were on the second floor right down the end <216>above the spa/massage centre it was very quite sleep .the mini bar didnt get replaced daily but i was charged 28k dong for water.tip theres a shop next door that sell water beer etc 1/3 price.Hotel located almost half way between old city and beach, cabs are sooo cheap.i would stay there again
Nice hotel. Make sure you tell the reception if you want to go downtown or to the beach at their shuttle times, because if there are no passengers, they sometimes don't go. Good breakfast.
This was a pleasant hotel to stay in. Not far from the city center and with a free shuttle bus. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would return. It was good value for money.
The first room we were placed in smelt really bad of mould so we had to change rooms in which we then had to walk up two flights of stairs. This was ok for me but not great for mum, but was the only one available. This was not a good beginning to stay, but the room was beautiful and it worked out fine. Unfortunately it rained alot in Hoi An when we were there so we couldn't use the pool. Foot massage was lovely. Staff pushy with regards to going to the tailors they wanted us to use etc and to get massage etc but they were friendly and helpful with things we required. Free internet good. Free shuttle bus also a bonus which we used alot except night time shuttle times could have been better around dinner time. Hoi An was beautiful and a highlight stay for us.
Nice clean hotel, half way between beach (private area for hotel guests) and town. Easy to use hotel shuttle, bike, or taxi around. We stayed in a well-apppointed deluxe room. The pool area is pleasant, and internet access is available. The breakfast buffet needs a bit of a rev up in terms of food availability and service. Feels like some dishes i.e. "the specials" are left over from the previous night's dinner - though that may not be the case. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful.
Excellent service, friendly staff very helpful.
Good room, nice people, very helpful staff, good breakfast and reasonably well located, Clean pool and hotel bus to beach. Dont ask them to book a taxi as they appear to use their own staff who then charge what they like or negtotiate first. Overall we would return.
A little bit away from town & shuttle service not that frequent however taxi was cheap. Our room was just under the kitchen and it was very noisy especially from 5.00 a.m. Suggest you request a lower floor.
We came in and had to wait for 20mins for our room as we were early. We appreciated the early check-in but were charged a ridiculous price for 2 cups of very ordinary coffee whilst waiting. They were far and above the most expensive coffees that we had in Vietnam and probably about the worst. Bad way for a hotel to start off. Worth looking at as everything else about the place was really quite good.
