"Hotel is very central - quiet street off via independenzia- half way between station and piazza maggiore. Rooms not very large and decor a bit dated -but the service is good, staff friendly and very reasonably priced for a central location. We read before that area was quite seedy but this was not our experience at all. Would stay there again" - Anonymous
"Friendly and helpful staff, big room and central to city. clean and competitive pricing plus breakfast was excellent." - Gary Quinn
"Very happy with our stay. We had a double and a single room - both perfect with lovely large bathrooms. Ideal location 7 mins. walk from bus and rail stations and the same (in a different direction) to the main square and all the sights. Excellent value for money particularly if, like us, you hold your nerve and get a last minute deal! Plenty of restaurants in area. Would recommend hotel to all travellers and would use it again.

"This is a lovely hotel that is about half way from train station to Piazza Maggiore so great location. Everything is in easy walking distance. It is quiet as down a side street but near all the good resturants, shops, bars etc. All the staff spoke english and were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate. Holiday Hotel more than met our needs so I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Bologna" - Amanda Wall
