Holiday Hotel Hanoi

Very good hotel in the middle of old Hanoi.next time we go back to Hanoi we going to use this hotel again

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. This' a very clean hotel full family atmosphere, with excellent location at the old quarter. The young female boss and her staff are all very friendly and helpful. you just feel like at home. One mor point, you can always change money at the best rate in town.

Good location to travel in old quarter, Hanoi. Room is big, friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Average Hotel, average price (20x cheaper than international hotel nearby). This is a bed & breakfast place, don't expect 5-star facilities as the price isn't cost you that. Lady boss especially is curteous & really care about customer's feedback. Customer will be well treated though bed sheet, pillow case etc don't look or smell real clean. All in all, if I were to go back to hanoi, this is definitely one of my consideration

Being 11 days away from home, staying at Holiday made me felt pretty much like home (I'm Asian). Though not all the staff speaks English, yet everyone is helpful in their way. There are 3 internet terminals and a cosy dining area to hang out when there's nothing to do. The laundry service is quick and efficient. The location is rather central as it's near to the tourist area (Silk area at Hang Gai, Lacquer and Lantern area at Hang Trong)and Hoen Kiam lake (where couples hang out and the rest do their walks). However, it's not disabled friendly due to the high steps. Otherwise, I think it is a pleasant hotel to stay in. When I was there, I met repeated guests and guests who stayed for a month. So I guess...though not the 3 class hotel standard in cities, it'a a warm and cosy place to stay

Very nice hotel, very clean, the staff tried to help all the time. We would go back to it any time, the price is unbeilivable for the kind of hotel it is, we definetively recommend it.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. They are a real pleasure to deal with and eager to help with anythhing they cam. Definitely good value at this hotel.

Small hotel in a great location only minutes walk from the centre of the Old Quarter. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a large bed. Clean en-suite bathroom. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, modern rooms and relatively quiet compared with other hotels. We had an enjoyable stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel extremely welcome and were more than happy to take care of any request we had. Free internet computers in the lobby and wireless in the rooms. The location was nice and central. Only a couple of minutes walk to the lake. I would highly reccommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. Excellent value for money.

It's small hotel situated in the centre of the old town, so it's very good for those who want to explore the city easily. Rooms are quite clean, with small bathroom, TV and refrigerator. People running this hotel are nice, but not all of them speak english. Don't take the room overviewing a street - it might be very noisy! It was good place to stay.

My stay in the Holiday Hotel Hanoi could not have been better. The staff are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even helped us book onto tours and took care of organising our visa for Laos. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a hint of luxury. With free breakfast and internet included what else could you want? The Holiday Hotel Hanoi also has it's own restaurant serving tasty Western and Asian food. I would recommend the Holiday Hotel Hanoi to anyone who wants a confortable stress free stay in Hanoi. It is located close to the centre of town in easy walking distance to the main sights. However, being set back a few streets from the central lake it is a bit quieter making it perfect for sleeping.

The hotel has very happy staff and always willing to help. The location is in an excellent position, with most of the major attractions within easy walking distance, Hoan Kiem lake is just 5 minutes away and is a great spot to watch the world go by.

good location, 10 mins walk to the lake.staff are very eager to sell you tours, when they do they become less helpful but the hotel is the cheapest on the street and is very good value

The Holiday Hotel Hanoi is very clean. The location is great since it's located in the old quarter but then again, there are lots of budget hotels in the old quarter. Free internet was a plus and the service was good. I'll definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was nice and small. We stayed there for one night on two different occasions. Only one of the staff spoke really good english, but fortunately she was there during our stays. The location was ok. In the old quarter and close to the shopping area and lake. We wouldn't recommend to order anything from the restaurant, because they order everything from some where else. We had two chicken burgers and had to wait 45 min to get them delivered from somewhere. If possible try to get a room not facing the street. We had two different kinds of rooms: one was towards the street and the other wasn't. The rooms towards the street are a bit noisy.

Very friendly and helpful service. A very pleasurable stay. Pity about the food though, very average.

Good Wifi connection, centrally located with friendly English speaking counter staff. My wife and I had a pleasant stay and we will come back.
