I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Hue. The hotel is located in an alley, some 30 meters from the nearest road wich made it nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would defenitly stay there again.
We arrived at 7am off the train from Hanoi and were welcomed by happy staff who provided us with breakfast and our room was ready by 9am - which was great given they had been fully booked the previous night. Holiday Hotel Hue is located in a quiet alley away from the traffic but within a short walk to the markets, shops, restaurants and Imperial Enclosure. Staff were friendly and helpful in arranging a driver for tour of the tombs and to take us to Hoi An. Very affordable.

Really nice hotel for the money just don't get them to book you anything. We were overcharged for the most horrible bus to Denang . Also over charged for a scooter and the helmets were broken.
The hotel staffs are very warm, friendly. The location close to the Perfume River and is indeed convenience. Should recommend to friends.
I am very pleased with the Hotel service. They are very nice people. They try to help us as much as they can. The price are ery good price compared to other hotels in Hue and in Vietnam. It is highly recommened!!!

A pleasant hotel,well located, good staff, helpful with bikes and tours. Hue is a pleasant town worth a couple of days. We would stay here again.
A little gem in Hue. Located in a quiet alley with no noise. New hotel with a very kind and welcoming staff that do all to please. Rooms are very nicely equipped good stylish furniture, computer,TV and DVD player. They may seem a bit small for Westerners, but remember you're in Asia. Room was very clean and bed was decorated with rose petals-nice extra touch. Located in good reach of city centre. I warmly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there on my next trip to Hue

Hotel is down a small laneway but don't let that put you off. It is very comfortable and clean. staff are very helpful. we paid for the top standard room and we had a plasma T.V. and unlimited use of a computer in our room. Highly recomend this hotel.
Fairly new hotel tucked away in a quiet part of town next to the backpacker area and close to the river. Eager staff and nice clean new rooms. Definitely worth a visit for the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Had lift (elevator). Rose petals on bed was nice touch. Only negative feature is that it is down an alley not trafficable by car: however staff very willing to help with luggage. Excellent value.

A new small hotel with clean and nice rooms. Staff is friendly. The tiny elevator is useful (and funny). The hotel is located down a quiet alley with local residence and two other small hotels around. At the entrance of the alley, the Bloom Restaurant serves good food and more importantly, it provides training to underprivileged youths.
The staff were exceptionally helpful! The rooms were lovely and clean and modern. Everything great appart from the power cut, which left us without air con afor 3 hours. However overall an excellent well run hotel, where the staff cannot do eough for you!

Although the hotel is down a laneway this is not a problem. It is close to the town centre and other attractions. Staff are excellent and the hotel, being new, is neat and tidy. Could have a bigger breakfast variety as most is egg related.
