Getting there:From the M56 follow signs for Queensferry/Conwy. Continue along towards A55 Conwy. The Holiday Inn is located on the service area approximately 500 yards past the A494 Mold slip-road travelling westbound. From Conwy follow A55 signposted Chester. Take the slip-road signposted for Buckley, then take the last exit on the roundabout signposted A55 Conwy.

After spending 5 months living in a hotel, I think my two nights stay at the Holiday Inn was top notch, especially the service! Right off the freeway which was perfect for a person experiencing driving on the left hand side of the road for the first time. I'd stay again for the locale and service.
Apart from a far too soft bed it was all good :-)
A nice, decent place to put up for the night. Clean and spacious. Right off the highway, which makes access easy. Next to an american-style diner which serves pretty good food.
This hotel proved ideal for our need to move between N. Wales and Chester.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpfull and courteous. Would stay at this hotel again.
Unfortunately, during our stay my husband became ill and we had to contact a doctor. The Holiday Inn staff were absolutely second to non in their help. I had two small children with me and one of the staff actually drove me to the hospital to pick up a prescription and then to a chemist to get medication for my husband. They could not do enough to help me in a very stressful situation. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Well situated to be able to continue our journey on into Wales. The young lady on reception was very helpful as my wife had forgotten some of her toiletries and was able to help out as well as supplying extra pillows so that we were able to have a good nights sleep.
Staff very freindly and efficient. Restaurant very good service, pricing and excellent quality - highly recommended.
