"Rooms ok, breakfast fairly good, service bad - staff did not know a lot when asked about restaurants in area, berlin sights. Some staff in reception not very polite. Not normal service for a holiday inn. Try other Holiday inn...
Compared to service, a bit high pricing - not normal for international hotel standard." - morten juul soerensen
"All members of the party were well pleased with the hotel, however most found it very hot especially in the rooms even though no heating was on.To cool the rooms windows were open overnight but noisy dual carriageway outside so it came to lesserof two evils to decide open or not.The special discount on food and drink was excellent so there was no need to look elsewhere. The location was the right side of Berlin for most of the attractions, transport network was very good but still took quite a time to reach each attraction.Overall we enjoyed it very much." - Anonymous
"Good hotel with a lot of tour groups stay here.Hotel has two drinking areas.Small shopping area by tram stop. You are out of town. The tram is about 5 mintues walk from the hotel and takes about 15 mintes by tram into the centre.I suggest you get a supply of tram tickets from the reception as the ticket machines on tram a bit hard to work out." - Ross Workman
"A very nice hotel but hard to find when we first arrived. The hotel is about a 20 minute tram trip to the city centre. When we mastered the transport system we worked out the best way to get to the airport was to catch 2 trams and a bus. The staff were helpful." - Arthur Morton
