Getting there:If travelling by car, use the Herschel Street exit, which leads to Roma Street, where we can be found adjacent to the Brisbane Transit Centre. If travelling by train use the Roma Street Station and by bus, use the Brisbane Transit Centre. From the airport you can take the AirTrain directly from the international or domestic airports almost to the front door at the adjacent Roma Street Station. Catch a train from Roma Street Station to Milton Station for Suncorp Stadium.

This hotel is in an excellent location, 5 mminutes walk to Brisbane CBD where everything is available from fast food to top restaurants and clubs, great shopping, and it is at the train station for trains to everywhere plus train to airport - what more do you want.

This place was advertised as being close to rail, didnt mention it was in the same block! It was great, perfect location. Why stay at the airport when its this easy. Staff very friendly, bed was ultra comfortable. Great stay, will book there again.
The hotel is perfectly situated in Brisbane city right above the Roma Street train station. But the down side to that was the constant train noise all night. The hotel itself was lovely. We have stayed there twice now and will not hesitate to stay there again if visiting Brisbane.
Good central location in city easily accessed from airport by direct train to Roma street. All public transport close, and main street of city (Queen Street mall) just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are a good size with all the latest facilities (including ironing board, iron, tea, coffeee, etc). Excellent breakfast. Perfect practical place for business stopover.
Good location at Roma St. station for both suburban, air train to airport and state traveltrain including the tilt train. Only a short walk to main shopping mall.
I found the staff at Reception to be very helpfull and pleasant. I did not think that the concierge services were of any service what so ever. I had to request that my bags be taken to my room four times. In the process I missed my taxi and had to order a new one and in the interum take my bags to my room myself. Location is great; as very central to Brisbane City (10 min walk). Would stay again; would not use concierge services........
Very convenient for the airport train if you arrive or depart within the limited hours it operates. We checked in at 1.30am, very friendly staff who upgraded us to a king size room, probably the largest I'd ever stayed in. All staff very helpful, clean and tidy hotel, perhaps a little dated.
Check in was very efficient. Two double beds for a twin room. Room was large and very clean

Unfortunatly on the night myself and a friend were staying we had a gatecrasher who may of potentionally ruined our evening, although because of the great staff and security of Holiday Inn Brisbane we were able to rid ourselves of this person and continue a very injoyable stay. We are forever greatful to those who helped us that night.
Very good customer service hotel staff were very welcoming house keeping were very efficient and overall hotel provided excellent service. Would highly reccommend.
