Holiday Inn Burswood

Stayed in Holiday Inn after a night at the theatre to see Wicked, great idea, we had a lovely evening and a great sleep, very comfy bed. Hope we can do it again sometime.

Good location, friendly service, choice of parking including free parking. Restaurant is busy at night however there are plenty of nearby eating options.

Friendly efficient checkin and now a priority member. Rooms spacious and clean with choice of pillows. Staff pleasant at breakfast and again on checkout.

The room was modern and clean. Location was perfect given we were attending a function at Burswood Resort Complex. Front desk staff were lovely. My one complaint would be the pool side service. There were dirty plates and leftover food (not ours) left by the pool, in the sun for hours - despite the wait staff coming down to the area several times to deliver orders. He just ingored the mess. One couple commented that they 'got attitude' from the person they ordered from. Unless you really need it, don't bother with vallet parking there is plenty of open-air parking just over the road at the Dome. Overall everything was very satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay!

The position was spot on for attending a Conference in the Burswood precinct. Pricing was good and the facilities fine as you would expect of a Holoday Inn

This hotel is clean, nice and friendly and the rooms better than average, although I was dissappointed with the bathroom. But you pay for the convenience of being next door to the casino and its numerous restaurants and events. Ideal location if you are into the casino or attending a function but for tourists there might be more value for your money at a Perth city location.

A fantastic hotel, reasonably priced (valet parking was a little expensive) overall great service.

this hotel is such a delight to my senses. I felt so happy from the moment the guy opened my car door with a great big smile and hello to the moment I checked out. What luxury. My room was immacculately clean, the bed devine. I wish I could live there! \very happy customer here hoping to stay again and again. thankyou to all the staff who made it so memorable.

Perfect location for access to Burswood entertainment facilities.

Was not happy with half empty food trays on the floor of the passage ways when we booked into our room at 1730 hrs.

I good hotel, reasonably priced considering it's location in the Burswood entertainment precinct. Slightly expensive, but a price I was happy to pay for the facilities. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower did not have a "curb", so when the shower was in use, the water wouldn't go down the drain, but seep past the shower and flood the bathroom floor. Also, our "Urban" view was that of the car park - so book a different style of room if you are after a decent view. Other than that, it was clean, bright and close to all of Burswood's facilities. Would stay again.

Great location next to Burswood. Pricing could be a bit more affordable as being a hotel not attached.

Always a nice place to stay, lots of facilities around.
