Getting there:Perth airport is located approximately 11km away and takes 20 minutes in a taxi to the hotel. Airport shuttle bus takes 30 minutes. Directions to the hotel from the airport: left at the lights onto the Great Eastern Highway, veer onto the Graham Farmer Freeway. Exit Lord Street, right into Wellington Street, left into Williams Street, right into Hay Street. The free Central Area Transit (CAT) bus service stops adjacent the hotel.

All staff we came in contact with were courteous and helpful. Great location in the centre of the city and excellent outdoor/indoor bar restaurant where we could watch the world go by. No fitness centre or pool but train station not far away for an easy ride to Cottelsoe and pleasant walk to the beach. Only thing we missed in the large comfortable room was a radio. Other than that everything we needed was in the room. A lovely stay.
Very impressed with staff, obliging and friendly. Room very pleasant. good pool. Fitness centre closed on sunday unfortunately. Would stay there again.
Stayed there for four nights, enjoyed everything about it except for the internet in the room which was SO slow! We bought two 24-hour connections and the second was impossible to use, but we still had to pay for both. That was the only thing we were not 100% satisfied with.

The hotel and breakfast was really nice. Great location. Staff as a whole helpful, although the staff member we had for check out was a bit rude.

Not a single word of complaint after a week in this super hotel. The location is FIRST CLASS, the accommodation and the way it was maintained, was FIRST CLASS and the staff were even better than FIRST CLASS. I only used the bar and the pool (immaculate from 6 a.m.) which is why I can't give a proper assessment of facilities.
