Getting there:By Road: The Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 is located 250 metres from J5 on the M4 motorway, on the A4 towards Colnbrook & Heathrow Airport just one mile from the M25 and M3 at Staines. From Heathrow Airport: By car: follow signposts to the M4 & leave the airport by the tunnel to main roundabout, take 1st exit direction west on M4. Continue on M4 for approx 4 miles to Junction 5 and follow above directions. Shuttle bus service: A shuttle bus service operates regularly between the hotel and Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and 5. Hoppa Bus number H5/H55. The first bus from the hotel to the airport is at 0430 and the last bus from the airport to the hotel is 2320. Passengers travelling to Terminal 4 can use a free connection service from the central area with Heathrow Express.

Modern hotel, ideal for Airport accommodation. Allow 30mins for trip to airport as shuttle bus calls at other hotels on the way.
All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, can't fault it.
Hotel is very young in all terms. The staff is realy welcoming but certainly needs to get experience. Breakfast is not above Holiday Inn average; I would even say that it is a bit below one. Shuttle bus connection to Heathrow definitely needs improvement. No one of used was even close to schedule. No wonder that is not very popular and because of low demand is rather neglected by drivers.

This hotel is tired but in the process of getting a face lift. Beds are clean and reasonably comfortable.

This is a very good budget hotel. Excellent position for Legoland. This is the second time I have stayed here. Rooms clean & tidy though not that big but very good for the price.
