This hotel serves very well it's purpose close to city airport.

Cheerful staff, good 'serve yourself' breahfast, area rather noisy at night (dockland traffic?),

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was ideal for our purposes - as a base to see the sights and the price was just right. The location is ideal for the O2 Arena. It is just 250 yards to Canning Town Tube Station and the O2 is just one stop on the Jubilee line, which also links to all other underground services. We would certainly recomment it to anyone visiting the capital and in particlular the O2 Arena

very clean modern good hotel in the docklands area near the o2 stadium . we enjoyed our stay there. only one minor problem our taxy cab driver had problems finding the hotel in the fog !

Compared to many other London hotels, this one offers very comfortable and spacious rooms at a comparatively reasonable cost (note: we got a last minute deal, so didn't pay the full rate). The locale is not great - a once light industrial area in the process of being gentrified. But it does have a tube station across the road, so the attractions of London are easy to reach. The staff were extremely helpful. One negative: the cost of internet access is very high.

Very close to the Canning Town Jubilee Tube/DLR/Bus Station giving several alternative routes into the City, central London, the Excel centre etc. An excellent base for the business or holiday visitor.

I needed a London Hotel with parking but that was not too expensive. Although this was a little away from the centre, the condition of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff more than made amends.

Excellent breakfast.

Rooms are a bit tired the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Quite a comfortable hotel with limited services but the location was great for access to city airport and transport into central London.

A good clean hotel close to docklands light railway and the underground. Ice machine was great. Breakfast very good.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel for the London Marathon and was delighted that the hotel made special arrangements to serve evening meals which included Pasta! Also being able to leave car in car park on Sunday (day of race) was very helpful

Nice play to stay at a good price. Not the greatest site but close to transport, 200 m from tube and buses. Rooms were good and the staff pleasant and helpful.
