Holiday Inn Express Zhabei Shanghai

the shower is excellent. breakfast not so many choices but enough to make you full. location is good if you plan to visit other provinces because its near the railway station.comfy bed .

Never dream that the hotel can offer such a good quality service and cleanliness with such a low price. I highly recommend this one for members. A little improvement is recommend to the hotel that indicate clearly how to get to the hotel after exit from railway station and mtr station.

The hotel is centrally located. The Hotel had English Speaking Receptionists who guided us to take taxis and reach various destinations in china to solve our language problem in china. The Hotel had lake view which was very nice. Overall, I give good rating to Hotel Holiday Inn Express.

Overall good value for the price paid. 400m walk to the nearest metro station but overall good location particularly if you would be taking the train for side trips outside shanghai.

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express hotel. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and the service generally very good. There are a few issues however. Avoid the breakfast, it is not for westerners and avoid the 'bar' which has all the atmosphere of a railway waiting room. The area of Zhabei is also not very good for local amenities with little more than a McDonalds available at the nearby railway station. If you need a clean, pleasant place to stay then this hotel is fine, if you want something a little extra and want to be a little nearer the tourist spots of Shanghai then you may want to look elsewhere.
