Holiday Inn Galleria Manila

It was not the best trip had to Manila. When I checked in the clerk said that my room was smoking. I told her no I reserved a non-smoking room. I showed her a copy of my reservation and then she said that they did not have any non-smoking rooms. I went to the room and it smeelled like someone had smoked a box of cigarates in the room. I have allergies with cigarate smoke and could not stay in the room. I went back down to talk with a manager and was given a non-smoking roon in two minutes. I then asked about the internet and was told it was not free. I said please look at my reservation because it is free. I had to speak with four different people to get the internet free.

Great Hotel! This is not our first time to stay in this hotel. Although the queue is quite long during check in and check out (understandably because its peak season-Christmas eve), the front desk staffs are very warm and accommodating with their warm smiles in spite of the stress of heavy influx of hotel guest. Keep it up! Kudos to Ronald and Krish...

I was only in Manila two nights and a day to visit a friend. The hotel was super convenient to my friend's location. The hotel had nice freebies in the room and had a free drink at Bar One. The bed was wonderful! The wake up was right on time with a pleasant follow up ten minutes later. I had to call room service back to open my non-twist off bottle cap, otherwise the staff was excellent. I felt I was in top notch hotel but the pricing was moderate. Win, win, win!

I found the Holiday Inn a nice clean hotel to stay in. Though i only sayed 1 night i found the fact it had a walkway into the Mall very helpfull. The staff were pleasant and considerate. I was upgraded at no extra cost to a larger room.It did give the impression of being a bit far from the entertainment area but from my point of view that was possibly irrelevant anyway.The breakfeast was varied and substantial. Would i stay here again. Yes!!!

Holiday Inn Galleria is a good hotel next to mall which is convenience for food or shopping. It's location is also convenience for business meeting as it is not far to neighboring cities such as Makati or Taguig.

Great location and connected to a nice mall. Large rooms with good layout. Unfortunately, the rooms are tired. The hotel needs a major renovation. Pretty much everything needs to be replaced. Carpets look dirty, beds sink in, closet doors are misaligned, etc. This used to be the Galleria Suites and I used to go there when it was still relatively new. Over the years, it has aged. I was hoping that when Holiday Inn took over they would update the place. Still has not happened... Been waiting several years now...

Being directly connected to the Galleria Mall is a real plus for this hotel. I found the staff to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I had allowed 20 minutes for checkout (average for a Manila hotel) but found it very quick. Breakfast is great but I wouldn't bother about the restaurant again for dinner. Plenty of better options in the mall. Would I stay there again? Yes!

the hotel is older but is in a very good location. the staff was helpful in getting us to the airport about $30 for both my husband and myself. the buffet breakfast that was included in our hotel rate was very good. all in all it was very for a short stay in manila.

this hotel gets my top choice because this is ONE of the only hotel that is attached to a mall. and public transport is a non-problematic case here. this hotel may not be a shangri-la but it beats it when it comes to location and pricing. staff are best too.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn (9 days exact) All the personnels are extremely nice and polite and so helpful. I like the location because the mall is right there on 4th flr exit. Free breakfast buffet, so good food and lots of selection. Gym is kind of small and not much cardio equipment. But overall, I recommend this hotel for every tourist.

I was very pleased with all in my stay at this Hotel, The people there where the very best.

I found the people that worked there the best anywhere, All where very nice at all times, I really liked the place, food was great also, would tell all my frieds to stay here, Great hotel.

Spacious rooms. Bed a bit springy. Delicious buffet breakfast spread. Only complaint is the lifts. Thedoors close very quickly and the design is such that each of the 3 lifts is recessed between two walls, which makes getting in and out difficult and cramped. You have to dash in quickly after the all people have exited or miss it altogether!

When you leave go out through the adjacent shopping mall. Otherwise the concierge will try to slug you P1200 for a cab ride to the airport. If you can escape onto the street and hail a cab with a meter it should cost less than P250.

Not in the heart of city but good location in business district, where you can get easy taxi transportation

quite area. a 10 to 15 min walk from the mrt train system. Right next to a large mall. lots of shops, eatting places, nice food court. Very good value for the money.
