Holiday Inn Galleria Manila

"Great location and connected to a nice mall. Large rooms with good layout. Unfortunately, the rooms are tired. The hotel needs a major renovation. Pretty much everything needs to be replaced. Carpets look dirty, beds sink in, closet doors are misaligned, etc. This used to be the Galleria Suites and I used to go there when it was still relatively new. Over the years, it has aged. I was hoping that when Holiday Inn took over they would update the place. Still has not happened... Been waiting several years now..." - Anonymous

"Being directly connected to the Galleria Mall is a real plus for this hotel. I found the staff to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I had allowed 20 minutes for checkout (average for a Manila hotel) but found it very quick. Breakfast is great but I wouldn't bother about the restaurant again for dinner. Plenty of better options in the mall. Would I stay there again? Yes!" - John Aitken

"the hotel is older but is in a very good location. the staff was helpful in getting us to the airport about $30 for both my husband and myself. the buffet breakfast that was included in our hotel rate was very good. all in all it was very for a short stay in manila." - Anonymous

"this hotel gets my top choice because this is ONE of the only hotel that is attached to a mall. and public transport is a non-problematic case here. this hotel may not be a shangri-la but it beats it when it comes to location and pricing. staff are best too." - Anonymous
