"Spacious rooms. Bed a bit springy. Delicious buffet breakfast spread. Only complaint is the lifts. Thedoors close very quickly and the design is such that each of the 3 lifts is recessed between two walls, which makes getting in and out difficult and cramped. You have to dash in quickly after the all people have exited or miss it altogether! " - Po Wen Tan
"Being directly connected to the Galleria Mall is a real plus for this hotel. I found the staff to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I had allowed 20 minutes for checkout (average for a Manila hotel) but found it very quick.
Breakfast is great but I wouldn't bother about the restaurant again for dinner. Plenty of better options in the mall.
