"A clean, convenient and comfortable hotel. We had booked two double rooms and one was ready for use and was very pleasant and all that was expected. The second room was already occupied and it took several visits up and down to the front desk to get the people on duty a) to believe this was the case (they insisted that we were not using the key correctly or had a key that did not work), and then b) to rearrange another room. This was disappointing when tired after a long journey. Once sorted, we had a pleasant stay and would certainly be able to recommend this airport hotel to others. The only major difficlty we had was finding our way into the carpark in the dark. The signposting was very poor and it would be good if large, well-lit signs could be put into place, poissibly with road painted arrows to assist as well." - Anonymous
