"Staff at front counter have a great sense of humour. When asked if any airport trolleys were available for my luggage when I was departing, I was informed "out the main entrance and around to the right" Ha! Ha! I was at the airport. Luckily I had had a good night sleep and could see the funny side. Everyone I have related the story to have had a good giggle. Good one. " - Anonymous

"Long wait 20min+ to check in. Dining room was booked with estimated 1 hour wait. Hair on floor of bathroom. 10 minute wait to be seated for breakfast. Prominent upgrade to executive suites offers displayed at front desk. I booked Exec and didn't receive the benefits but still paid the price. Closest hotel to the airport for early departures." - Anonymous
