Holiday Inn Hotel London Heathrow

Friendly staff and clean comfortable room at a good price. Free bus to and from bus stop next to hotel from central bus station at Term3.

When reservation was made, it included breakfast. In the morning when I went to have breakfast they said it was not included and I had topay for it. I had to talk to the manager about this and they admitted that the reservation included breakfast

Hotel was very convenient..used the Hotel shutte bus to get to the hotel. Hotel is right next to Heathrow, so worried about the noise. Perfectly quiet. Walked to a nice pub for food.kk

Very good value for money. Close to terminals, quiet, good seRvice and good quality food at reasonable prices.

An excellent stay. Sound proofing could be better between rooms though-thanks to the American couple next door whose loud and unsuccessful attempt at 'activities' and their nagging amd complaints against each others' poor performance went for hours.

Hotel really close to the Heathrow airport, excellent location if you are in transit, quick bus ride and it will drop you off at the door, Price was a bargain using the family room (3 of us in total)and there was no airport noise what so ever so we all had a good sleep before our next international journey. Recommend this Hotel.

Good location for heathrow airport. No staff available to check out, but overall very clean, friendly and would use again.

Good front desk people. Too many fire doors to get through if you're carrying several bags to get to your room. Safety is one thing but this was over the top!

Handy taxi ride from the airport. Polite and helpful staff. Safe and secure.

Excellent accomodation for overnight stay at LHR. It's a good location for either eating/drinking in the hotel or locally. It's a pity more publicity isn't given about the 'free' local us - but this is true for all LHR hotels.

For £104 it was good value so close to Heathrow. Excellent evening buffet. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful. Would use it again.

Keep your stay to the minimum.

Location of this hotel is great if you need to overnight due to flights in or out of Heathrow. Very comfortable hotel, room service great, good breakfast, transfer taxis to airport ordered, have stayed at this hotel twice now and would not hesitate to stay again if we need a hotel close to the airport.

Very good place to recoup after a long haul flight. Very quiet despite close location to the airport runway. Very nice buffet breakfast.

Very good value for money! Nice spacious room which was very clean, good selection of services on TV and very convenient location. Dinner was good but fairly limited choice. Breakfast was OK but pricey!

Just a stones throw from Heathrow; a quite new, and therefore clean and tidy motel, well soundproofed from the airport noise. A "hoppa" bus services this motel for transport to Heathrow terminals 1 to 3, and there are free transfers to other terminals. The business centre chatges a fee for use, but is modern and works well. Meals are adequate, and reasonable priced; breakfast was included in my tariff, and it was a full and comprehensive breakfast provided. I would definitely stay there again.

I got a wake-up call without ordering it. There was terrible noise during the night. The kettle was not working.
